DIY Protein-Packed Snacks

Spring is fast approaching! As the weather heats up, so too do most workout routines. Everyone wants to get that beach body ASAP. In the spirit of spring, rejuvenate your diet with five protein-packed snacks to keep you free from cravings and full of energy!

1. Cottage Cheese + Fruit Parfait

What you will need:

Cottage Cheese/Granola/Raspberries/Blueberries
